›››The conference "Developing Multiculturalism and Overcoming Barriers to Cooperation among Youth in Kosovo" was held in hotel “Ribnjak” near Leposavic Northern Kosovo, from 20-22 of July 2007. The conference was attended by 25 participants from Serbia and Kosovo. We particularly emphasize that 10 Albanian students of the University of Pristina, 5 students of the University of Kosovska Mitrovica and other parts of Kosovo have participated.
The biggest significance during the realization of conference that took place in the north of Kosovo in which only Serbian population lives, is that conference was held without any incidents or resist of local citizens and with the participation of many Albanian students. With realization of this conference we believe that we have made one significant step forward in building cooperation among Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo.
